When Joelle was three years old, she insisted her mother record her while she belted out a full concert lineup: Happy Birthday, Doe A Deer, Party in the USA, and Blah Blah Black sheep (wrong lyrics only). Though she always loved sing, intense sports kept her from pursuing it until she reached high school. She joined her high school’s a capella group in freshman year. She travelled to Denmark with the group and sang for the Prince of Denmark! Naturally, when Joelle arrived at Tufts, her first mission was to join a cappella.

Born and raised in Bryn Mawr, PA, Joelle is a proud Philly sports fan. When she’s not at volleyball practice, a Phillies game, or down the Jersey shore, she’s probably walking her adorable Golden Doodle Ruby (pour one out for her recently deceased, crusty white dog Tinkerbell). At Tufts, Joelle is majoring in Engineering Psychology and can often be found power-walking walking from Latin Way to the JCC for the fifth time that day.
